Eleanor Tarrett, a reporter specializing in cryptocurrency, said on her X account on Jul. 1 that the SEC is considering the process of omitting the application for the ETF review request '19b-4', which was required in the process of listing cryptocurrency ETFs.

3. Expert Sets 95% Chance Of Approval Of Solana, Litecoin, XRP Spot ETF This Year
Bloomberg ETF researchers Eric Balchunas and James Seyffert set a 95% chance of approving spot ETFs for major altcoins through their X accounts on Jul. 1. Experts predicted that the approval of spot ETFs of cryptocurrency will be poured out in the second half of 2025, mainly due to changes in the SEC's regulatory stance.
