Paul Atkins, who was selected as the next chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) under the nomination of U.S. President Trump, disclosed the status of his assets worth $327 million. Paul Atkins said in a financial disclosure report released on Mar. 25 ahead of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee hearing that he and his wife have assets worth about $327 million.

Stuart Alderotti, Ripple's general manager of law, said Ripple will receive a refund of about $75 million of the fines he paid as a result of his lawsuit with the SEC in August last year. Alderotti explained on his X account on Mar. 25 that Ripple will give up his cross-appeal to the SEC and will receive a refund of some of the $125 million he paid as a fine in August last year.
